Cancelation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To keep things running smoothly for all our clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines:
Notice Period – Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations – Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% service fee.
No-Shows – Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Running Late – If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to avoid delays for other clients.
